They are sometimes called infinity roses. We have people who have had theirs for three years and some customers collect them," Tyler said.The rose, which comes in an array of colors, is preserved with a special fluid and is encased in round or heart-shaped glass.The rose globes are available year-round but Valentine's Day is a great way to start or add to your sweetheart's collection, Tyler said.Ruth's Flowers has several balloons, plush animal and snack options as well.With Valentine's Day falling on a Sunday this year, Tyler said they have been delivering flowers and gifts since Monday and will continue delivery through this week.
