Some e-commerce florist providers had wanted customer signatures, but dropped that requirement when it became too much.Andree Belliveau, the owner of North Port Natural Florist off Tamiami Trail, on Thursday ended walk-in traffic with Florida’s order to shutter non-essential businesses.
