Sunday, February 28, 2021ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A surprise just in time for Valentine's Day for dozens of seniors in West Michigan.Simplicity Floral Design and Events delivered flowers to the Allendale Nursing and Rehabilitation Community on Friday. The idea came from Nikki Schindler, who posted on Facebook, asking for people to donate money to the cause.The response was unlike anything she dreamed of. $2,165 rolled in. That covered not just one community, but two.
