New floristry firm launches in time for Mother's Day - The Northern Echo

THOSE looking to buy flowers as a Mother’s Day gift this March can shop local and order from the recently established florist, Sword Blooms. Offering a range of beautiful hand-tied bouquets available in a range of styles and sizes, shoppers can request arrangements using flowers of their choice or ask the florist for recommendations. Based from her home at Dalton, near Richmond, Sword Blooms is independently ran by Emma Sword. Raised on a farm near Gainford, when leaving Barnard Castle School Ms Sword trained as a florist, and then embarked on a 13-year career in the care sector.
